Virtual Branch® Online Banking allows you to perform secure home and mobile banking transactions, pay your bills, check your credit score, and communicate with the Credit Union quickly and easily from the comfort of your own home or wherever you happen to be. These services provide secure access at any hour of the day or night. Virtual Branch® provides contact-free resources including chat and/or electronic messages to Member Services through secured mail, or you can simply pick up the phone during normal business hours and call the Credit Union directly at (718) 549-5858.
In order to enroll, you must contact the Credit Union by calling 718-549-5858 and request an enrollment pin. Once verified, you will receive the pin associated with your account in order to proceed with online enrollment. The first time you access the service you must agree to the terms and conditions. You will be asked to set up a Login ID and choose a security code (password). Your security code can be between 9 to 16 digit alphanumeric characters. A minimum of 1 upper and lowercase letter, 1 number and 1 of these characters !@#$%^&* are required. You should protect this code just as you do your ATM PIN number and change it often. If you forget your security code, you can choose the forgot security code option or contact Member Services and it will be reset after we confirm your identity.
