Important news, 5/10/2021: ATTENTION BILL PAY USERS! Users whom have not scheduled any bill payments within two months of the conversion date 4/1/2021 will be deactivated from the new Bill Payment system; this deactivation will delete all merchants and past payment histories though all users will still have access to online banking.  To avoid this from happening we advise scheduling your bill payments no later than May 27, 2021.

Important news, 4/22/2021:  Unlike before when members’ accounts were debited on the date they scheduled their bill pay.  The new payment system will only debit the account on the date the check or electronic deposit is presented/accepted by the merchant. Members must make sure they have sufficient funds in their accounts to cover the bill pay transaction(s) or else payment(s) will be rejected and generate insufficient funds fee(s).

Important news, 3/15/2021: Americans who qualify are eagerly awaiting the latest round of stimulus payments approved by the Federal Government.  Please note, however, that we do not have information about when individual members will receive their Stimulus Payment, so you may see a payment pending in your account prior to receipt of the payment. Funds will be released based on the effective date determined by the US Treasury Department, which may be March 17th or later.

If the IRS attempts to send your payment electronically to a closed account or account with incorrect info, the payment will not process and they will then likely issue you a paper check/prepaid debit card at a later date. For more details, we encourage you to visit the IRS website for the latest updates and information on stimulus payments.

Important news, 3/08/2021:  The new online banking platform and mobile app are scheduled to go live on 4/1/2021. Members will have the ability to enroll for these services through their own devices if they have not done so already. Current online banking users will use their current credentials to sign into the new platforms.
