Van Cortlandt offers a wide range of loans to meet your borrowing needs. Loans are insured up to $20,000 against death to age 75, if taken before age 70, and for total and permanent disability to age 62, at no cost to the member. Low cost temporary disability insurance is also available at your option.
Loans are granted up to $40,000 above pledged shares without tangible collateral; up to $85,000 above pledged shares, with tangible collateral to cover amount over $20,000 (Insurable limit).
There is never any prepayment penalty!
